The young students of St Pie X visit ADL

The pupils and their supervisors explored the airport ecosystem under the supervision of Mr Marck Frell BONGO LEYOUA, Head of the Flight Operations Centre. They took part in an immersive tour that included visits to check-in areas and the control tower.

Thanks to a simulated journey on “Air Félicité”, the students were able to experience passenger check-in accompanied by Mr Willy Emane, Head of the Passenger and Baggage Handling Division – Handling Partner Gabon. The trip continued airside, offering a glimpse of ground operations where they were able to visit the airside areas and the aircraft parking area, as well as meeting the fire brigade team.

Aéroport de Libreville’s goal is to encourage young Gabonese men and women to take up careers in the aviation sector.
