New safety measures at the airport
For passengers departing from Libreville
(national and international flights)

To comply with health measures, the processing time for departure formalities will be longer. Please arrive at the airport three hours before the scheduled departure time for a smooth journey.

Before boarding, all departing passengers are required to follow the COVID-19 prevention measures as below:

  • Present a negative PCR test report for Covid-19, dated 5 or fewer days before the date of departure:

– For international flights: only if required by the destination country
– For domestic flights: required from Libreville

  • Have a normal body temperature ( < 38°C) during Health checks.
  • Wear a face mask all the time.
  • Comply with social distancing measures of at least 1 meter.
  • Submit yourself and your luggage to a disinfection process implemented at the terminal entrance.

For your safety, the departing passenger route has been reorganized:

  • Restricted entry to Public Hall: Only passengers can access the terminal by presenting the valid travel documents at Police check-point and on meeting Health checks criteria (i.e. body temperature <38°C and no other symptoms of flu).
  • Passengers cannot exit the terminal after check-in formalities and will have to proceed for other formalities like immigration, security, etc.
For passengers arriving at Libreville
(national and international flights)

All arriving passengers are required to follow the COVID-19 prevention measures as below:

  • For passengers arriving on international flights:
    – Present a negative PCR test report for Covid-19, dated 5 or fewer days before the date of departure
    – Upon arrival in Libreville go through compulsory COVID-19 test at the COVID-19 screening center in arrival hall.
    – Remain in self-isolation until the result of the test is communicated:
    1. For national and residents at home
    2. For non-residents at government designated facility
  • For passengers arriving on domestic flights:
    – Present a negative PCR test report for Covid-19, dated 5 or fewer days before the date of departure : required from cities declared high risk by the authorities managing the response to COVID-19
  • Have a normal body temperature ( < 38°C) during Health checks.
  • Wear a face mask all the time.
  • Comply with social distancing measures of at least 1 meter.
  • Fill in the COVID-19 registration form.
  • Submit your luggage to a disinfection process implemented at the airport.

For your safety, visitors are no longer allowed in the arrival hall.

    • Changes in the entire passenger route to comply with social distancing measures of at least 1 meter:

– Marking on the floor to help you comply with social distancing.
– Plexiglass protections at check-in counters and all other contact points.
– Marking on the seats in the waiting room to maintain social distancing
– Zone wise Boarding: Please queue only when your zone is announced

    • Contactless hydroalcoholic gel dispensers all along your journey at the airport
    • Regular cleaning and disinfection of the passenger terminal:

– Frequent Cleaning of all the passenger access areas.
– Disinfection of all passenger contact points (trolleys, seats, tray)

We kindly ask our passengers to follow rules enabling them to protect themselves and protect other passengers from Covid19.
